On the other hand, well-maintained equipment in good time will improve the working conditions: a leaking\u00a0conveyor belt\u00a0will create\u00a0dust, a noisy motor or a worn belt will generate noise discomfort. For example the change of filters on a car air conditioning is done after a certain duration in order to avoid pollution of the passenger compartment and the proliferation of germs.<\/p>\n

In industry, it could be the belt of a machine like a vacuum cleaner: the electric motor drives a pump like a Roots for example via a belt. For example, defining the quality of the water in a swimming pool with weekly or even daily analysis until a quality limit is reached and defining the date of water change.
\nIn the industrial sector, monitoring of pneumatic equipment such as a compressed air reservoir has a certificate defining its period of use. The conditional maintenance<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The conditional maintenance is characterised by putting in place a maintenance during the apparition of defects or damage which could cause an anomaly. This can be a random or a planned visual inspection.<\/p>\n

To illustrate, a tyre whose wear indicator is beginning to be worn can be used. Visually, we can see that the wear indicator has been reached and therefore that the technical limits of the tyre are close. The tyre will have to be replaced quickly.<\/p>\n
