Build-ups on the preheating tower at the kiln inlet, smoke box, gas ducts and bypass, which represents 8 hours of cleaning per day (high-pressure and cardox).
TREATED MATERIAL:
Flour (future clinker then cement)

Eliminate the build ups that disrupt the industrial process and reduce production capacity
SOLUTION:
Installation of 85 AIRCHOC® DN150 with remote solenoid valves and 1 MACSYS.
RESULT:
