On a daily basis, whether we are talking about industry or personal life, we spend our days working with various tools or machines designed to make our life easier and to perform different tasks in different fields of activity.
When buying these items, a manufacturer warranties is given and can be extended by the reselling company or the distributor. Most of these warranties are based on manufacturing defects and not on daily wear and tear of the item itself which in some cases must be checked and/or repaired. These verification or repair steps are called maintenance. The idea is to keep the product functional that meets the requirements of the user.
There are 3 types of maintenance:
PROCESS EXPERTISE / AUDIT

AUDIT
Audits are delicate, precise interventions which inform about the state of functioning of a machine park registered in a process. Their purpose is to detect anomalies, malfunctions and to propose the appropriate corrective/improvement solutions.
We offer you the skills and experience of our mechanical and process technical experts. Our SI SERVICES Basic – Medium – Premium range presents a set of services to guarantee the performance as well as the durability of your Standard Industry equipment over time.
The mechanical audit includes :
- The visit of a technician for one day
- Mechanical inspection of your Standard Industrie equipment
- The drafting of a report listing the parts to be changed on the equipment that require it
- This audit can be carried out in a working plant
The process expertise audit includes :
- The visit of a technician or expert engineer for one day
- Control and process expertise of all your Standard Industrie equipment
- The drafting of a report and our recommendations for improvement
- This expertise is carried out during the plant’s production shutdown.
MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Maintenance interventions must be carried out regularly to ensure the availability of the machine park and therefore the proper functioning of the process and productivity, in complete safety. In order to guarantee optimal reliability of your Standard Industrie equipment, we intervene and carry out preventive maintenance for you.

Replacement of parts on site by a technician
For corrective or remedial maintenance operations, Standard Industrie undertakes to keep the most common parts in stock and to supply the most complex parts as quickly as possible. Consignment stock is available for premium contracts.
