They had problems with our air cannons due to improper installation of the nozzles.
OBJECTIVE:
Speed of intervention: 10 minutes to replace the mechanism and make the AIRCHOC® cleaning cannon operational again.
SOLUTION:
They ordered 30 AIRCHOC® maintenance kits.
RESULT:
Maintenance is performed in real time: the customer no longer has to wait for the technicians to intervene. This means no more production slowdowns due to air cannon malfunctions.
