Without cleaning, in this kind of factory, the accumulating dust deposit can create explosive atmosphere zones (ATEX).
In addition, the working conditions of the operator can be complicated
PRODUCT TO BE VACUUMED:
Cleaning of the plant, extraction of pellets and wood and dust / sawdust
SOLUTION :
The PAD1350, thanks to its mobility, can be moved to different parts of the plant and clean all areas such as under conveyors, cladding beams, transfer zones or elevator legs.
RESULT:
Coupled with a stainless steel network, the cleaning is done on a daily basis and allows to reduce: dusting around the production line and the explosive risk in the building.
