In order to operate on an AIRCHOC®, you must:
- Close the group’s air valve and possibly other groups in the work area
- Switch off the individual Airchoc® air cannon‘s supply (stop/isolation valve)
- Manually trigger and check the air cannon‘s firing (if possible see the indications)
- Open the quick exhaust valve to eliminate condensation due to temperature drops and pressure increase
- Repeat the process on the whole pool of Airchoc® air cannons in the area before dismantling
Prerequisite for a proper AIRCHOC® operation:
- Sufficient air pressure
- Clean air
- Supply and exhaust valve
- Suspension collar
- Electricity, voltage
